Here's a tip for those of you who find it hard to stop shoping. Do what I did today. Look out the window. It looks like it's minus 20 degrees C. Dress accordingly. Go outside. Realise it is only about minus 5. Go shoping. I promise you'll be super effective! Otherwise you'll die of heat stroke.
