Merry x-mas!

hey folks!

I hope your christmas is filled with joy, happiness, family and friends, lots of food and fun! I had a blast last night. My whole family got together and had fun. I got a christmas tree, a wee small one. (not plastic- a real one!) Since it was my aunt who gave it to me I knew it was something funny about it. She's got so many tricks up her sleeve. It took me a while before I figured it out. She had prepped the decorations. Inside the decorations she had put money! Yes please, I'll take two of those next year! =0)

Tomorrow it's back to work. A lovely 13h work day. The sales begins. So, for a few days now I'll probably be more abcent than usual.

Update.

Getting out of bed - check.
Breakfast - check.
Christmas shoping - check.

Here's a tip for those of you who find it hard to stop shoping. Do what I did today. Look out the window. It looks like it's minus 20 degrees C. Dress accordingly. Go outside. Realise it is only about minus 5. Go shoping. I promise you'll be super effective! Otherwise you'll die of heat stroke.

Today's To Do.

Get out of bed.

Make breakfast.

Finish off christmas shoping.

Organise my whole flat. (it's a mess right now..)

Work a bit on a new project.

Edit some photos.

Do my laundry.

Find and charge battery for my camera. (nope- I still haven't done that.)

Pack my bags for 24th.

Study. (Hopefully)

Go to sleep early- long day at work tomorrow.

As you can see I haven't even gotten out of bed yet..... So let's tackle this list from top to bottom. (and yes for those of you who are picky, I did sleep with makeup on - I was too tired to wash it off...)

Woweee. Time to get busy. Lucky me, I got four hours of sleep so I'm pumped with energy. (warning- irony!)

Later folks! And don't stress out because of christmas. If you haven't got a spotless home or the absolutely perfect gifts- Santa will come either way. Just breath and calm down every once in a while - let that be your christmas present for yourself.

Sunshine in the dark.

It is absolutely freezing here. And dark. Therefore I decided to bring sunshine back to the city of sunshine. Have a lovely weekend folks!

Okay. Seriously dudes. I finally got internet in my flat, so no more excuses for not beeing a better blogger. So, if I still am a lously blogger in the future, kick my ass!

Now I just need to find the batteries for my camera...

Fort Knox

Today my car was in a playful mood. Twice. It wanted to play Fort Knox. If you haven't heard about this game before, let me fill you in. It's cold. The air is too humid. The doors of the car freeze. It's impossible to open. Then comes the twist. The car decides I am allowed in and opens the door. The back door. So, there I was, crawling around in the car. Fun. Superfun.

The second time the car want's to 'up' the game and only opens the trunk. Fortunately it's a station wagon, but still it was a funny sight. I might be a rather small(ish) person, but I'm not flexible! Not at all. More like watching a freezer with legs trying to get into a car.... As a bonus, this time around I had an audience since it was when I was leaving work. The most important thing is that I won! In your face, car!

It's nice to have a car with a sence of humour, but Fort Knox, come on! Come up with something more creative next time!

ps. I lost my Sushi virginity today... I'm not sure if I liked it or not. It was so different from anythng I've ever eaten.
